Can't give five stars as this is a recent purchase. First impressions are totally satisfactory, light, easy to use, with good results. No need to get strimmer out now as it does the job in tandem with the edging shear from the same company ( and it's a lot easier to clean than the strimmer!).

Very disappointed with this product & had to return it, bought it because of the Wilkinsword name, but they were completely blunt & just bent the grass rather than cut it. Maybe they were faulty & either blunt or the blades not lined up properly.

I've been pleased with these lawn shears so far. They're a comfortable length and seem fairly resilient. (No loose bolts, no sign of rust.) They've been tackling some 'challenging' areas of the garden and have been an effective, but not speedy, solution. As other reviewers have noted, they do prevent backache.
