 Super and simple, 2010-07-08
I cannot believe I spent so long faffing about with a rubbish flymo! This is SO much easier to use; lighter and easier to get in and out the shed; safer, as I can't electrocute myself on a trailing cable; easier to manouvre; much easier to maintain; way easier to keep clean and makes the lawn look better generally. It cuts incredibly cleanly and easily and doesn't leave lumps of grass mulch everywhere. The clippings are dry so are easier to dispose of and any loose grass sweeps up easily and doesn't get stuck in the brush. I will never buy a flymo ever again. For smaller lawns this is the only way to mow!
 Waste of my money, 2010-07-26
I bought that item last week and use it for the first time on the weekend, small lawn around my semi-detached. I must have lost my mind to spend money on that, instead of simple standard electrical mower. That one is noise (blades rotates and squeeze), hassle-lot, slow, you have to repeat the same spot few times on and on. The last but not the last is a collector box, small and let you lose plenty of grass outside. Thus if you have that piece of art, do not forget to get yourself a garden comb as plenty of cut grass will end up on you lawn. And finally the grass was cut as well as torn and push to the ground. Waste of time and money.
Buying this mower is as practical as getting yourself an alcohol-free bear. You're only one to blame!
At least my neighbours have a reason now to dislike me now. Thanks to Amazon :(

Really pleased, don't know why I didn't get one before. So much easier, no fuss with cables, no electricity bills & it's good exercise, what more could anyone want!

Handy wee product, environmentally friendly and easy to use. I have a small uneven patch of grass i call a lawn and this mower manages to maintain it well!! Happy with my purchase :-)
 only good if you have the right lawn, 2010-07-20
This arrived promptly but I had a delay as there was a screw missing and I had to phone Bosch 3 times before I received it. My lawn is a normal small domestic one but the mower would not move properly over it, it moved perfectly over my carpet but kept stopping on the lawn.What it would cut it did very well but it would only seem to work on a bowling green type lawn.The grass was short and had recently been cut with an electric mower, a strong, male neighbour had the same problem. perhaps this is just a fault on this one but I've sent it back, very disappointed as I was keen on the ecological aspects.
