What other people say about this product
Average rating of 3/5 A slow peeler!, 2010-03-04
Well it does peel carrots and potatoes but it is quicker to use an ordinary hand peeler. It's fine for smooth rounded potatoes but very slow with lumpy or mis-shapen potatoes. Probably helpful for someone who has arthritic hands.

Average rating of 4/5 Easy to Use Zyliss Multipeeler., 2010-03-09
I like using the Zyliss Multipeeler because it stops me cutting away too much fruit. (Kiwi fruit had always been a problem). Now I can peel thin slices away very easily. It takes a little longer but there's not so much waste and it's safer than using a knife. The only problem that I've found is with the clear plastic guard that covers the blade when not in use; it snaps on easily but is difficult to remove, that's why I've given it four stars.

Average rating of 1/5 Zyliss MultiPeeler, 2010-03-03
This is uncomfortable to hold and it is quite difficult to peel items.
It also takes a long time to finish the job. A manual vegetable peeler is better than the Zyliss, but best of all is my cheese slicer. It is easy to hold and is much quicker and more efficient on all root vegetables. Could have saved some money.

Average rating of 2/5 Disappointed, 2010-04-02
Disappointed with this. I struggle peeling vegetables by hand so thought this would be ideal. It is slow and not easy to use. You have to finish off by using a knife to cut uneven surfaces where the peeler did not work.

Average rating of 2/5 Disappointed, 2010-06-14

The product itself wasnt bad but the fact that the packaging was open meant I couldnt give the peelers as intended gifts.
I did send an email to Amazon regarding the packages being open but to date have received no response which is very shoddy.
