I was looking forward to doing without plastic bottles and using this product instead but I am afraid it hasn't lived up to my expectations. The bottle tends to leak unless it is screwed down very firmly and the plastic stopper is pushed right down each time. This is ok once you get used to it. I was hoping that the metal would keep the water cool but it was always unpleasantly lukewarm. The bottle is quite heavy when full and yet it doesn't hold very much, the clip and cap with its ring around the lid seems to get in the way, the cap collects water when you don't want it to and it's annoying to have to remove them to wash the bottle. These niggles probably won't bother a lot of people but I shall be looking for something better.

Typhoon Has Me In A Whirlwind!, 2009-12-12
I am a huge Typhoon fan, and own many of their products. As a bread bin this is brilliant. It has a built in chopping board on the lid which is extremely practical, although you have to be careful not to cut the bread too hard as you will get cut marks on the lid which spoils the look. The bin itself is a great size and I have been unable to find any loaf that doesnt fit!! I know Typhoon kitchenware is expensive compared to other brands on the market, but the majority of their products are built to last.
