Excellent product, 2009-11-22 Probably not as robust and long lasting as more expensive secateurs, but have had several of these and they work very well and are good value for money
good replacement policy, 2010-01-03 I have owned spear and jackson products in the past and purposely looked to buy other items from them because of there after sales policy. I owned a very reliable tree lopper for several years and accidently broke the blade, on calling spear and jackson they immediately sent me a new blade free of charge no questions asked.
